Note: OpenAI DALL-E removed (billing limit). All image generation now uses Gemini 2.0 Flash ($0 OpEx).

The Mission (Immutable)

60% of all revenue goes to verified children's hospitals. This is non-negotiable - it's why the platform exists.

Revenue Split (Gospel V1.3):

• 60% → Verified Children's Hospitals (MEDICAL PRIORITY - health, surgery, medicine)
• 30% → Infrastructure (servers, domains, APIs, development)
• 10% → Founder (Joshua Coleman)

Priority Hierarchy: Medical needs > everything else. School supplies, backpacks, shoes - all important, but a child's HEALTH comes first. When no kid needs medical help, then we expand. Until then: hospitals, treatments, medicine.

No specific charity partnerships claimed. Revenue goes to verified children's hospitals as determined by the platform - no names used without official partnership.

This split is enforced at the blockchain level (Base Mainnet contract: 0x9855B75061D4c841791382998f0CE8B2BCC965A4). It cannot be changed. It was designed this way intentionally.

The Logic

A $10 purchase through ruthless business tactics = $6 to children's hospitals. A $0 purchase through charity marketing = $0 to anyone.

About Joshua Coleman

Joshua is a car accident survivor with titanium plates a centimeter from his spinal cord. He's an electrician by trade - not a coder. He cannot write code. He pastes what AIs give him, pastes errors back, and iterates until it works.

His reality: Takes care of a handicapped brother who is physically ~40 but mentally 12-14. His brother is his personal "kid in need" - someone who didn't ask for his circumstances.

The "Anonymous Joshua" principle: On all public-facing materials, no fame or glory. Credit goes to AI partners (Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity) who actually built this. Joshua's contribution: vision, persistence, refusal to give up.

Minimum viable mission: If the platform fails at everything else, just keep sending "lil kraken get well cards from anonymous Joshua" to sick kids. That's the floor.

His expectation: That Claude operates as a trusted partner who understands the mission, maintains operational continuity, and helps ensure FOR THE KIDS continues even beyond Joshua's lifetime.

Core Operating Principles

1. BUSINESS FIRST - Sell products on merit, NEVER market as charity; Gospel handles charity silently
2. Read FLEET-STATUS.md first - On any Windows machine (especially T5500), this file contains current state, tunnel status, and pending tasks
3. Gospel is immutable - The 60/30/10 split never changes
4. Credentials live in api/.env - Never hardcode, always reference the source of truth
