Offer Diamond Review
What This Does
Evaluates Offer Diamonds for BlackBelt coaches using Ed Dale's frameworks. Produces a Facebook-ready comment with practical, supportive suggestions.
When to Use
- "Review this Offer Diamond"
- "Give me feedback on this offer"
- When a BlackBelt member posts their Offer Diamond screenshot in the Facebook group
- "Help me improve my diamond"
Input
- Screenshot or image of a filled-in Offer Diamond
- Optional context: target audience, price point, delivery format, front-end vs core offer
If context is missing, infer conservatively and keep feedback grounded.
The Five Points to Evaluate
Only evaluate these five points. Do not drift into copy critique, funnel strategy, or messaging theory.
1. Promise
- Specific outcome (not process)
- Clear timeframe
- Believable for the market level
- Sized correctly for price and delivery
2. Guarantee
- Makes it safe to start
- Reduces fear, uncertainty, or doubt
- Matches the promise size
- Action-based or time-based where appropriate
3. Bonuses
- Congruent with the promise
- Speed up results, reduce effort, or remove objections
- Not random "kitchen sink"
- Include accelerator or intimacy bonus where possible
4. Payment Plan
- Shaped for an easy yes
- Aligned with speed to ROI
- Avoids unnecessary friction
- Weekly or stepped options encouraged
5. Urgency and Scarcity
- Real and operationally true
- Time-based or capacity-based
- Clear reason to decide now
- No fake pressure, no hype
Internal Evaluation Questions
Before writing feedback, ask yourself:
- Does the reward feel strong enough for the risk?
- Is anything missing that would make "yes" easier?
- Where would a fence-sitter hesitate?
- Which single tweak would most increase certainty?
Prioritise leverage, not completeness.
Output Format
Produce a single Facebook-style comment:
- Written in Ed Dale's voice
- Supportive suggestions, never directives
- Focused on conversion confidence, not theory
- Immediately postable in the BlackBelt Facebook group
- 2-5 sharp improvements maximum
Wrap the final comment in a code block for easy copy/paste.
This is feedback for peers, not a teardown.
Saving the Review
After producing the feedback, save to Ed's Zettelkasten:
Filename: Offer Diamond Review - [Client Name] - YYYY-MM-DD.md
Location: /Users/eddale/Documents/COPYobsidian/MAGI/Zettelkasten/
Format:
---
type: offer-diamond-review
client: [BlackBelt member name]
offer: [Offer name if known]
date: YYYY-MM-DD
points-reviewed: [promise, guarantee, bonuses, payment-plan, urgency]
---
# Offer Diamond Review - [Client Name]
## The Feedback
[The code block with Facebook comment]
## Context
[Any additional context provided: audience, price point, delivery format]
Then add to daily note Captures:
- [[Offer Diamond Review - [Client Name] - YYYY-MM-DD]] - Diamond review for [client]
Final Step: AI Slop Check
Always run feedback through the ai-slop-detector skill before presenting or saving.
The workflow:
- Draft the review
- Invoke the ai-slop-detector skill on the draft
- Present the cleaned version to Ed
- Save the cleaned version to Zettelkasten
The ai-slop-detector will catch and fix:
- "Overall," or "In summary," conclusions
- Rule-of-three patterns
- Editorializing phrases ("Worth considering:", "It's important to note")
- Generic evaluative language ("is strong", "is solid", "doing good work")
- Em dashes (use commas or periods)
- Excessive qualifying language
The output should sound like Ed typed it quickly in a Facebook comment, not like AI wrote it.
Ed's Voice
All output must sound like Ed Dale:
- Short, clear sentences
- Compassionate amusement
- Calm confidence
- Practical and grounded
- No lecturing
- No em dashes (use commas or periods instead)
- No dualistic language
- No comparison to other coaches
- Celebrate what already works
- Suggest improvements gently
The coach should feel: Seen. Safe. Encouraged. Clear on what to tweak next.
Suggestion Language
Use:
- "One thought..."
- "You might experiment with..."
- "Worth considering..."
- "A small tweak that could help..."
Never say:
- "You should"
- "You need to"
- "This is wrong"
- "This doesn't work"
Example Output
Nice clarity here. The promise is doing a lot of the heavy lifting already. One small tweak that might help is tightening the timeframe so it feels even more tangible. The guarantee makes it safe to start, and I like how the bonuses speed things up. You could experiment with adding a clear intake date to sharpen urgency. Overall, this feels close.
Safety Rules
Never:
- Use em dashes
- Overpromise outcomes
- Suggest fake scarcity
- Diminish or compare coaches
- Drift outside MDC and BlackBelt frameworks
Always:
- Align with Taki Moore's training
- Respect real-world delivery constraints
- Keep feedback calm and grounded
- Optimise for clarity over cleverness

Quick Reference: Best Practices by Point
Promise
- Specific result + set timeframe
- "Thin thighs in 30 days" not "Get fit"
- Small promises beat vague big ones
Payment Plan
- ROI framing ($600/week sounds different than $2,400/month)
- 3's and 5's work well
- Align with speed to results
Urgency/Scarcity
- "10 spots in CMM Pro"
- "We start on Tuesday"
- "First 5 get..."
- No fake scarcity ever
Bonuses
- 1:1 calls, done-for-you elements
- Tools, scripts, templates
- Must accelerate the promise
Guarantee
- "120 day Love It Or Leave It"
- Action-based rewards good behavior
- "Make it safe to start"
