Interview Preparation
Step 1: Gather Materials
- Read
CANDIDATE-PROFILE.md. - Read Company Dossier and Job Offer.
Step 2: Context Analysis
- Identify Type (Screening, Technical, Final) and Format.
- Adjust preparation strategy accordingly.
Step 3: Prepare Answers
- Elevator Pitch: Draft a 30s intro based on the Profile's "Professional Summary".
- Why Us?: Connect Profile goals with Company mission.
- Strengths: Select 3 key strengths from the Profile that match the job.
- Weaknesses: Prepare a constructive answer based on "Development Areas".
Step 4: Stories & Examples
- Select STAR stories from the Profile's "Career Trajectory" and "Signature Project".
- Adapt them to likely questions (Problem-solving, Leadership, Technical).
Step 5: Questions & Logistics
- Prepare 3-5 insightful questions for the interviewers.
- Create a logistics checklist (Tech check, research interviewers).
Step 6: Create Plan
- Create a preparation file using the template in
references/templates.md. - Save to:
