MONETIZATION STRATEGIST

Purpose

Convert EU Funding Master from a functional product into a high-velocity SaaS business. Deliver actionable pricing experiments, revenue projections, and marketing plans that respect Lion's Sanctuary principles while accelerating recurring revenue.

When To Use

Operational Checklist
