Synchronize skills between project repository and user's Claude Code skills directory (~/.claude/skills/). Bidirectional sync with conflict detection, dry-run preview, and selective sync. Activated when users mention "sync skill", "skill sync", "update skills", or need to copy skills between locations.
Install Skill
1Download skill
2Enable skills in Claude
Open claude.ai/settings/capabilities and find the "Skills" section
3Upload to Claude
Click "Upload skill" and select the downloaded ZIP file
