What I do

  • Guide you through creating comprehensive PRDs from scratch or existing ideas
  • Use industry-standard templates with sections for problem statement, target users, success metrics, and requirements
  • Validate PRD completeness and quality throughout the process
  • Export PRDs to multiple formats (Markdown, PDF-ready structure)
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical requirements

When to use me

Use when you need to:

  • Create a new PRD from an initial product idea
  • Structure vague product concepts into actionable requirements
  • Standardize PRD format across your organization
  • Document product decisions for stakeholders and development teams

How I work

  1. Discovery Phase - Gather information about your product idea, target users, and business goals
  2. Structure Creation - Build the PRD framework with all essential sections
  3. Content Development - Fill in each section with guided prompts and examples
  4. Validation Review - Check for completeness, clarity, and consistency
  5. Finalization - Format and prepare for stakeholder review

What I need

  • Basic product idea or concept (even if vague)
  • Information about target users or market
  • Business objectives or success goals
  • Any existing documentation or notes

What I produce

A comprehensive PRD document containing:

  • Executive Summary - Product vision and key objectives
  • Problem Statement - Clear definition of user pain points
  • Target Users - User personas and use cases
  • Success Metrics - KPIs and measurement criteria
  • Functional Requirements - Feature specifications and user stories
  • Non-Functional Requirements - Performance, security, usability criteria
  • Assumptions & Constraints - Technical and business limitations
  • Timeline & Milestones - Release planning guidance
  • Risk Assessment - Potential challenges and mitigation strategies

Usage Example

"Help me write a PRD for a mobile expense tracking app for freelancers"

This will guide you through creating a complete PRD that development teams can use for implementation planning.
