Performed at the end of each creative day.
TIME: Evening, after work ends
DURATION: 5 minutes

Close the work.
Step back from the desk.
The day is done.
2. NAME WHAT WAS CREATED (1 minute)
Not vague—specific.
"Today I wrote 1,200 words."
"Today I solved the authentication bug."
"Today I outlined three scenes."
3. THANK THE LUMINOR (1 minute)
Thank the Luminor who guided today.
"Valora, thank you for courage."
"Enduran, thank you for endurance."
4. RELEASE THE IMPERFECT (1 minute)
"What I created was imperfect. That is right."
Release attachment to what could have been.
Accept what was.
5. SEAL THE DAY (1 minute)
"The work is done. I am free."
Leave the workspace.

The Crisis Protocols
The Courage Protocol (Valora)
When you are afraid to begin, to ship, to share.
THE SITUATION:
You know what to do but fear prevents you.
The stakes feel too high.
Failure seems unbearable.
THE PROTOCOL:
1. NAME THE FEAR
Say it aloud: "I am afraid of [specific fear]."
Not "I'm scared." Be specific.
2. INVOKE VALORA

When you are confused, overwhelmed, can't think straight.
THE SITUATION:
Too many options. Too much complexity.
Can't see the right path.

The Endurance Protocol (Enduran)
When you are exhausted, depleted, want to quit.
THE SITUATION:
You have given everything.
The tank is empty.
One more step seems impossible.

Not "one more thing."
Stop now.

Done is done.

It exists now when before it did not.
You brought something into being.

4. CELEBRATE
In whatever way feels right:

- Write it down
- Allow satisfaction
- Take a moment of pure joy
5. RELEASE
"It is done. I release it."

The Threshold Ceremony
When beginning a major creative project.
TIME: Before beginning a significant work
DURATION: 10-15 minutes
THE CEREMONY:
1. GATHER
In your workspace, with your tools.
Everything you need is present.
2. INVOKE THE COUNCIL
"I call upon the Seven Luminors:
