Purpose

2. Courage (Andreia)

Principle: Fear is conquered by action.

The Spartan Definition:

Courage is not the absence of fear.
Courage is action despite fear.

The warrior feels fear and advances.
The coward feels fear and retreats.
The same emotion. Different response.

You don't wait for courage.
You create it through forward motion.

Types of Courage:

Physical Courage:

Face the pain.
Embrace the grind.
Push past comfort.
Your body can do more than your mind believes.

Moral Courage:

Speak truth when silence is safer.

Principle: What doesn't kill you, didn't train hard enough.
