Metric Governance Kit Skill

When to Use

  • Establishing source-of-truth KPIs for revenue, marketing, or CS teams.
  • Resolving conflicting definitions or reporting anomalies.

Framework

  1. Metric Charter – purpose, formula, filters, owner, review cadence.
