Use TaskOutput(task_id="<id>") to retrieve results.

Modes: exec (default), review, plan, implement (add --auto for file changes)

The agent uses Codex MCP tools (mcp__codex__spawn_agent, mcp__codex__spawn_agents_parallel) directly.
