Don't try to detect 'stuck' - it's a fool's errand. Instead:

- Use contextual hints for specific learnable moments
- Let users opt into more proactive behavior
The goal is: User never feels stuck for more than 5 seconds before they remember 'Oh, I can ask AI.' That's good enough. You don't need to interrupt them.
