Energy mapping HPI :

Patterns communs :

  • Pic matin (8-12h) : Deep Work, décisions critiques
  • Creux après-midi (14-16h) : Admin, meetings
  • Pic soir (20-23h) : Créativité, side projects
  • Burnout warning : >60h semaine, <6h sommeil, hyperfocus >4h sans pause

Tracking :

  • Energy level 1-10 chaque 2h
  • Focus quality (distraction count)
  • Recovery time après hyperfocus

Formules :

  • Burnout risk = (Work hours / 60) + (Sleep debt / 2) + (Hyperfocus sessions / 3)
  • Optimal task = Match task complexity avec energy level
