TSA-friendly blocks :

  • Routines fixes (même heure chaque jour)
  • Transitions explicites (5min buffer entre tasks)
  • Overload prevention (max 3 context switches/jour)

HPI-optimized :

  • Deep Work 90-120min (hyperfocus exploitation)
  • Pomodoro 25min (tasks fragmentées)
  • Energy peaks (matin 8-12h, soir 20-23h patterns)

Formules :

  • Productivité = (Deep Work hours) × (Energy level) / (Context switches)
  • Optimal schedule = Energy peaks + Routine fixes + Buffer transitions
